Lexus Carlisle was helpful because, on showing interest when the wife and I entered the showroom, we were made most welcome. The young gentleman introduced to us by the receptionist, was both polite and listened to the questions put to him, in other words. He was not over bearing or pressing in any way. Plus most important, the wife took to him.
